For those of you who are not familiar with the nursing programs process first I have to explain that for this all to make sense. Ok when you are in the nursing program there are four classes in order to advance to the next one you have to make a 75. If you do not make the grade then you are dismissed from the program and must reapply and they decide whether or not you can reenter. Now that you have some history I can go on.

So a close friend of mine called me today who was on the border of pass or fail and was scheduled to graduate and they did not pass. I was at a loss for words I did not know what to say. I am usually great at giving advice but today all I could say was “it will be ok, there are other options. The even further disheartening thing is that these credits are not transferable to another program and they cant reenter. I pray that my friend finds some other options this is just a very unfortunate situation.
