The truth is what everyone wants to hear, but a lie is always more pleasing. Hundreds of people tell a lie everyday mostly to please the potential mate or avoid confrontation, conflict or trouble. The truth as many already know is harsh and the more that claim that all they speak is “The Truth” and that’s all they want to hear. In actuality they prefer a lie any day or speak the most lie (with the exception of myself) but in reality they get offended the quickest by the truth then a lie. For example when people are in a relationship everything is perfect(supposedly) but the second the relationship is over, u hear one another downing the other “You suck in bed,” “Your little,” “I didn’t really love you,” or “That’s why I cheated on you” or basically telling the truths they had lied about previously or during the relationship etc. For a more personal experience that has happened plenty.

I went to the mall to do a little shopping for myself and see a movie and have a “Me Day.” I was approached by a girl who said “I been peepin u and u really fine, matter a fact the finest I seen all day.” “My friends over there were too scared to come say something to you,” “So I was like I ain’t gonna let your fine “[explicative]” get away.” I responded with “Thank you” then she said “Are u single?” I replied “Yes” then she said “What’s up with me and you hooking up?”  “Because I’m single to, can I get your number?” and I said “No” she was asked “Why?” and I said “Your ugly” she then she got mad and said “You’re not even fine with your ugly “[explicative]“.” While walking away she showed me a lovely little birdie. That was the perfect incident I was telling the truth and got that response, now if I had of told a lie I guarantee the situation would have turned out a lot smoother, But the question I am asking is What do you prefer “The Honest Truth” or a “Softend Lie?”
