long distanced 101

I am aware that alot of freshmans enter in to school already being in a relationship. Even though high school couples go to seperate schoools they still want to keep the fire going. How is it possible for young adults to deal with long distance collge relationships? We already have school, grades, and extra activities to focus on.Is a relationship really going to work out?

I personally think with hard work and trust you can. Communication is also key. As long as you stay up to date with your mate and show interest in the things going on in their life, you can mantain a healthy relationship. Couples that have trust issues usually dont last.If you had problems trusting your mate when you were in the same city  its best not to try to work things out when in seperate schools. Do not let the college life change you in any negative way. Try to mantain your true self and remeber the reasons you want to be with your mate. I believe absence does indeed make the heart grow fonder so seperation can be good for a relationships. As long as you are secure with yourself and with your partner love should take care of the rest.
