The beginning of this week was so hectic!  I had a huge final project due and a math exam to prepare for.  Now those are behind me and I feel like I’m on spring break!  … except for the fact that I still have to work.  Still, I don’ t really have to do anything school-related until Tuesday and it’s such a nice, relaxing feeling.  I even planted crops on Farmville last night, and that’s something that I haven’t had time for since last week.

I’d like to take a minute to say “Thanks!” to the students who took the time to drive up to Atlanta on Wednesday to express their support for ASU and their concern over funding cuts.  Being an educator and a student means that I spend a lot of time around students.  It’s nice to see that so many of you take your education seriously enough that you are willing to express to the legislators how much you care about the decisions that they are making.  I hope that they were listening.

Enjoy the fact that it’s mid-term; and take my advice … don’t let things go until the last minute and cause yourselves a bunch of extra stress!  Believe me … I know!
