Is it the quality or quantity that counts?

Let’s admit it at one time or another everyone has forgotten to read their syllabus for the week right?  If not congratulations you are definitely in the minority instead of the majority.  Well that’s neither here nor there the problem is I have a huge project coming up in a week that I had forgotten all about.  A classmate reminds me of the project, so I said cool I can just work on this weekend.  That was before I read my syllabus.  There I read the criteria for this looming project – 25 letters.  Not letters that you would write to your friends, but letters of the alphabet.  I have to design one both lower and upper case for class.  Now don’t get me wrong before I found out that this project is due next week I was super super excited about it.  Now I’m not really dreading it but I must admit that I’m wondering if I can be that creative in such a short span of time.  So to answer my original question is it the quality or the quantity that counts – in this instances it’s both.  The moral to this story is don’t wait for the professor to remind you of looming project dates, be responsible jot them down and start working on them as soon as humanly possible

Tiara - Hi, I’m Tiara Jackson. Currently I am a sophomore (1 class shy of being a junior) Public Relations Major. I’m a single mother of one and I am a student worker at ASU. I love ASU because it affords me the opportunity to go to a great school and work without neglecting my duties as a mother. The support that I have found here from faculty, staff, and most of all my fellow students have greatly exceeded any expectations I had before I started at ASU. I could have chosen a school in SC, where I live, but the location and the campus put ASU at the top of my list. I hope that my blog keeps you entertained about the ups, downs, and sideways of being a non traditional student at ASU. Happy reading.
