Abandoned…

so, i have my final class in about 45 minutes.

Allgood Hall is empty.
JSAC is empty.
All around the outside of the buildings, there is no one.

I got a parking space right up front.
I have no real finals, since i already took one and I just need to turn in a paper by Wednesday.

This semester shaped up really well in the end…

But i will be here ALL summer, so look for more then!

Senioritis Strikes!

Get advised.

When registration happens, it’s a very good idea. Sometimes it might surprise you…

As I have already spent four years here at ASU, it has taken some time to get to a point where I knew what I wanted my major to be. Once I finally figured that out, everything seemed to fall into place, and I have had a great semester just getting acquainted with Sociology. I didn’t realize, though, how close I was to the end of the road! After this semester, I only have 10 classes left to take, and then I will graduate. It’s an amazing thing just to think about- After all of the hard work and time spent doing homework and stressing out over papers, etc., I’m almost feeling a little sad to know that soon I will have to move on into the “real world”- and this time it’s for real, not like it is as an undergrad student.

But I promise, if you had senioritis in high school, you’ll probably get it again. These days I just want to stroll around, not really worrying about that paper due on Wednesday, or the project due next week, or studying for my finals this semester…

so I guess I had better get on that!

Goin’ to the ‘Ship!

So, it’s 2:30 am, and I am sitting out in the hallway of our hotel watching some of the boys play Uno.

It’s surprising that we’re all still up, considering the roller-coaster of emotion that we’ve all been through in the past 2 days! Watching the ASU Jags play their hardest to keep moving up towards the finals this week at the NCAA championship tournament has been one of the best times of my life. I am so excited that I had the opportunity to come to Massachusetts this week to support my team. I’ve had a blast at the games, screaming my head off, losing my voice, jumping up and down with my Zeta baby, Ashley, and just being around all of the people who came- the cheerleaders and pep band are awesome!

We play again for the national championship title on Saturday. PLEASE tune in, turn your tvs on, or grab a ride up here and help cheer us on!

GOOOOO JAGS!

tonight’s game against Clayton was AMAZING. you really have to hand it to our ASU boy’s basketball team- they certainly know how to make us proud!

i will admit that at one point i thought it was all over, but the guys pulled out all the stops and here we are- regional champs, going to the Elite Eight in Mass. !!!

i’m so proud of our team- they really deserved this win and the title!

Who would have thought…

Basketball is my sport!

if you didn’t know, there are only FOUR(!!!) more home games this season! It always makes it more fun at a game when we’ve got supporters cheering for our Jags!

Wednesday, Feb. 6 is the next game. Come out, see what they can do, and I’ll keep you posted on the team’s progress the rest of the season!

Go Jags!!!
