Almost there.

Wow. It’s been awhile. I’ve been frantically trying to wrap up the things I put off because of the Theatre Festival. I knew I was going to get swamped at the end of the semester with big projects and papers but of course, like many college students, I should be getting my degree in procrastination. I was very lucky though and received As on the stuff I put off, however I do not recommend waiting until the last minute. You only make yourself crazier than if you had started early. Those are wise words from Queen Obvious.

This summer I’ll be taking a couple humanities independent studies and an online math course. I can’t actually go to class because it would never work with my work schedule. I have to work full time. What worries me is as I get closer to graduating, I’m not going to be able to fit my classes into that ideal Tuesday/Thursday thing I had going this semester. I don’t know how that’s going to affect my job and my hours.

Next summer, I definitely want to study abroad. No. Let me rephrase that. I AM going to study abroad. I’ve been wanting to since I started here and the Ireland trip sounds amazing. Rick Davis is teaching Contemporary Irish Theatre and Dr. (Mrs.) Van Tuyll is teaching Travel Blogging. I’m going to make it work somehow.

Two Finals on Tuesday. Must study. But of course, I’ve been putting it off.
